We generally ship all physical orders within two business days. For any digital products, you will receive an email with login details to our membership site or download page. Postage and Shipping (If required) is inclusive of the cost of the standard individual myherosjourney.me module fee. (Free Shipping)
Deliveries are to Australian and international destinations are currently shipped with Australia Post Standard Domestic Mailer and Standard International Delivery, but our courier service may be changed at our discretion.
Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.
There are several places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery, i.e. there may be weight limits due to subcontractors, high-rise building limits, remote location requirements, etc.
You will be notified via email and the members area when physical deliveries are being sent to you. If after receiving this notification you do not receive your module mailer/parcel/s, or one or more are missing you can notify us by email at email@example.com Include the Delivery address, your members area account ID and a telephone number where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles.
